Changes & Fixes:

Browser Scrolling: Fixed an issue with scrolling through items in the computer browser. Stuttering should no longer occur.
Localization: Added missing translations for several languages.
"Use Tool" Keybind: Added a new "Use Tool" keybind option, allowing you to assign a custom key for actions like scanning items or mopping the floor.
Thieves: Reduced the spawn chance of thieves appearing in the store.
Backroom Labels: Unlocked the ability to remove price tags from shelves in the backroom by holding the interaction key.
