Fluid Desktop: proper resize cursors over window borders; snappier, more natural boat steering & wake; smoother water

Highlight Editor: click "press" cursor feedback now on by default; Composite Cursor now defaults to off

Recording & Export: new "Full Color Range" quality option; higher export quality (fixes dark banding at low bitrate); quality labels localized into 12 languages
