Hello! A new update for the demo is live:
=========================================
Stuff It - v0.0.68
=========================================
[Additions]
- New huglets to make, and a new Lust variation scene added!
- Added BGM dropdown in the Exploration stage to change the music up
- New battle effects in the Exploration stage
- XP Bar in the Exploration stage to see progress more visually
- Relationships between huglets will give you ATTK bonuses when battling enemies
[Changes]
- Created a better true-RNG system to make the various randomized elements less predictable
- Major balance changes to the XP system to make leveling up actually scale properly, as well as increasing enemy amounts while exploring. You'll notice older saves will get tons of XP now during their first new battle
- Huglet's attack patterns during auto-battles in the Exploration stage are now unique based on their positive and negative traits:
- Positive traits like Brave and Cheerful evaluate enemy HP and Level to make strategic decisions.
- Curious will specifically hunt down enemies that have a type-weakness to the Huglet's attack.
- Negative traits like Timid will actively avoid attacking enemies that resist the Huglet's type.
- Picky huglets now lock onto the very first enemy they see and will refuse to switch targets until that enemy is defeated.
- A slight random variance was added to the scoring system so that if two enemies are completely identical, the Huglet will pick one naturally rather than always defaulting to the first one they see.
[Fixes]
- Fixed in-game Computer stuttering while engaging in various window activities
- Fixed various crashes when doing night events
- Fixed bugs regarding the Tech Tree and move distribution
- Fixed a glitch with the sound blasting on certain parts of the game
- Fixed a crash with the explore when using Spectre type moves
