Hi everyone! Someone was kind and gave away his place on the waitinglist for me so now I was able to test my little things on the Steam Machine. And yes: Game With Balls works straight out of the box.
But, before you begin, there are black borders on both sides of the screen as the whole game was designed with the Steam Deck screen (1280x800) in mind. A lot of the levels will just not scale/strech/fill nicely so I have decided not to do this for the existing levels, but looking into adding maybe 16:9 support for future levels. Don't worry they will also still work on the Deck.
On the Steam Machine it will also show that you need keyboard and mouse, but that is not true. Unfortenately if I tick the "only with controller" it will also say that the Xbox controller is supported, which it doesn't. I have notified Valve about this a while ago so hopefully that is something getting fixed in the future!
