We have identified an issue where rewards for the Golden Autumn: Valkyrie & Disir Retry Event, which were scheduled to be distributed sequentially after the Tuesday, September 29th update, were not processed properly.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to all Warriors who were waiting for their rewards.

We are currently investigating the cause and working on a solution. We expect to distribute the rewards sequentially after the update maintenance on Tuesday, October 6th.

* Rewards will be distributed sequentially after this notice is published.

Normally, characters involved in NFT trades or Server Transfers are excluded from receiving event rewards. However, taking into account the Server Transfer period that began on September 29, an exception will be made for this specific event. Rewards will be granted to all characters with recorded Combine failure history during the tracking period, regardless of whether they engaged in NFT trading or Server Transfers.
