Arkheron's Crossplay Beta is officially live across PC and console! Whether you’re on PC, Xbox, or Playstation, servers are up and running and ready to welcome you to the Abyss from September 25 - 27.
Spires is on, all weekend long. This is our 3v3 area mode where you load up your items before you load out. It’s the perfect place to warm up, theorycraft and test out your perfect builds against the competition in close-quarters fights. Climb as high as you can – no limits on the floors you ascend.
Spires opens throughout the day on Friday based on your region:
Europe: 5:00 pm BST | 6:00pm CEST
South America: 5:00pm AST | 6:00pm BRT
North America: 3:00pm PDT | 6:00pm EDT
Once a day, Ascension queues open. Competitive grind starts here: this is where 15 teams of 3 battle it out in a mysterious Tower, looting for Relics, fighting monsters, and battling other teams along the way. Only one team makes it to the top.
Here are Ascension start times by region:
Europe: 6:00pm BST | 7:00pm CEST
South America: 7:00pm AST | 8:00pm BRT
North America: 4:00pm PDT | 7:00pm EDT
Ascension windows will be open for a minimum of five hours for Europe and North America and a minimum of three hours for South America, but will stay open longer if there are enough players in queue to keep matchmaking balanced and queue times short. Crossplay runs through Sunday, September 27 at 11:59pm PDT.

If you’ve already played on our “Arkheron Playtest” app on Steam or as an Xbox Insider in our last Closed Beta, you should already have access: just update your game to the newest build and jump in. New to Arkheron? Sign up for access here.

What if I'm not in North America, Europe, or South America?
If you’re not in one of the regions we’re supporting for Crossplay Beta, you can still get in: queue into another region, jump into bot games, or run customs anytime.
I have access, can I invite my friends?
Yes, absolutely! Arkheron is even better with friends and we want to make sure you can bring your crew along for the climb. There are a few ways:
If you signed up directly through Steam, you have additional Friend Invites for friends who play on Steam.
If you signed up through FirstLook, you’ll get some additional invites to send to friends that they can redeem for any platform. Check your dashboard for invites.

I have access, can I get a code for a different platform?

Where do I talk to other players?
Join the Arkheron Discord – it's the best place to trade tips, builds, strategy, and feedback with the community.
How do I report a bug or give feedback?
In game, you can access “report a bug” in the menu options. Out of game, post in the Arkheron Forums, or share feedback in our Discord. I’m on console and getting a “key already redeemed” error. What do I do? Try opening your console’s app or website and triggering the download from there. You might need to look under your “Collection” or “Purchased” games to find Arkheron. Is this Crossplay Beta under any sort of content NDA or Embargo?
It's not! You’re encouraged to share footage and gameplay from the playtest on your own channels or on Discord. If you’re a content creator interested in working with us, check out our Creator Program.
