Improved autosave functionality: now autosaves convert to normal saves, and the player can load to any moment of their playthrough.
Fixed a bug where triggering two quest dialogues at the same time caused quest events (sex scenes/card battles) to not trigger and hardlock the quests.
Quest markers now show the region where the active quests are instead of locations.
Fixed non-critical bugs in the "A curious find", "Old wounds" and "First steps to comfort" quests.
