I’ve been building out the new furniture store, and it’s starting to settle into the village with a really lovely sense of place. The shelves are filling, the displays are taking shape, and the whole space has that quiet, lived‑in charm I’ve been aiming for.
This update adds the first round of furniture items, a shop UI revamp, and the initial layout for the carpenter store interior. It’s still simple, but it already brings a gentle warmth to the town — another small corner of the world finding its rhythm.
The carpenter shop now opens its doors at 9am, ready for you to browse, decorate, and explore.
Inside, you’ll meet the town’s newest resident, Cilla. She doesn’t have a schedule or story yet, but her presence is important for progression — and she’ll grow into her role as the world expands.
I’ve also simplified the shop UI to make browsing and purchasing furniture easier and more intuitive.
And yes — you can now move furniture around and decorate your space! :D
I’ve added the base‑model furniture for the demo, and future updates will introduce additional tiers of furniture that unlock as your relationship with Cilla deepens.
