Manuscript QOL Updates and Note Readability Pass

Good morning everyone! It's Friday and we have a new patch that will hopefully address a few more concerns and bring some additional convenience to your experience with Scriptorum.

Manuscript Updates

- We realized a regression in Manuscript behavior around spell-checking and rich text editing. You will now be presented with the standard spellcheck error indicators as well as right click recommendations for the correct spelling.

- The right click context menu in the Manuscript now also allows for on the fly rich text editing.

- We noticed that Manuscript flow was a bit off, explicitly when reaching the bottom of a Manuscript page. This was a regression causing you to have to manually scroll to follow your own text. This has now been resolved with caret-aware scrolling enabled. This also applies to automatic page breaks and writing flow.

- We also realized that the ability to select all was isolated to single pages within a chapter. Select all now applies to all pages in a chapter for quick text formatting and changes. This also include shift selections and cursor drag selections now moving across pages in continuity. This should allow for a better flow when editing text directly. Note that this change is Title aware so select all will not encompass your chapter titles. They will continue to be treated as separate "hero elements" that require manual editing.

Changes to Note Cards

- Here we have a simple change that should make notecards easier on initial use for those who require corrective lenses for reading or other daily activities. The default font size for note card headers has been increased to 20pt and the default body text for note cards has been increased to 14pt. Note that this will not recurse through any cards you've already created. This will only affect new cards going forward.

Mac Release in the Works

- Scriptorum is coming to Mac! That's right, for all you Mac creators out there we're currently in the process of getting our approvals from Apple so that we can release Scriptorum to all of our Mac Steam users as well! We see you and we definitely haven't forgotten about you. We ask you to be a little patient with us, but it's coming.

Scriptorum Website is Live

- For all of you out there curious, Scriptorum's website is now live and off to the races. For the savvy of you out there there might just be a surprise waiting if you come and find us.

The Scriptorum Team and Myself want to thank each and every one of you for the overwhelming support we've received so far. We're almost at a Milestone of 1000 wishlists which we never expected but you've all proven us wrong. To all of our curators thank you so much for your feedback and continued support. To all of our users, we hope your writing experience will continue to be an improved and inspired journey. We are committed to making Scriptorum the best possible platform for end to end writing, editing, planning and publishing. Keep writing. Keep Dreaming. Let's continue on this journey together!

Lovingly,
The Scriptorum Team

P.S - We're already working on the next major upgrade that might just be aimed at a particularly creative audience in the tabletop space. That's all we can say for now. Happy world building!
