Fixed "Cold"/"Heated" indicators not showing on desserts
Added an indicator for mugs to see if it's steamed or not.
Added an indicator for the portafilter to see if it has used grounds or not.
Added a projection portafilter to specific portafilter inputs to easier see where to put in the portafilter.
Added an extra tutorial step to guide the player how to remove used coffee grounds.
Added a close button for both information UI and upgrade UI.
Changed tutorial step 7 text from "Place the portafilter on the stand and take the tamper" to "Place the portafilter and take the tamper".
Increased the size of the hitbox on the steamwand.
