[Striker Adjustments]
BLAST
BLAST’s performance in combat hasn’t been great lately, and his overall pick rate is relatively low. We’ve found that his missiles don’t pose much of a threat to enemies and his fireworks show lacks presence, so we’ve decided to strengthen his breaching capabilities to make his missiles more threatening, while also highlighting his Graffiti theme within his skill set.
Primary Skill — Split Bomb:
1. Blast fires a small homing missile that automatically tracks enemies. The missile explodes 1s after impact, dealing 50 Damage and splitting into 3 sub‑thunders, each dealing up to 30 Damage. Enemies hit by this skill will be Marked for 4s.
2. Increased the firing Speed of his hand cannon.
3. Better dodge BLAST’s missiles now when you see them coming! Otherwise, you’ll take massive Damage.
Secondary Skill — Graffiti Grenade:
1. Quickly throw a Graffiti Grenade. It explodes 0.5s after hitting the ground, creating a graffiti zone that slows enemies and reveals them.
NOVA
We’ve identified issues with NOVA’s Toxic Grenade where the gas cloud’s outline is blurry and the performance cost is high. This causes stuttering on some devices and makes it hard for players to judge the actual effective Damage radius, which affects tactical decision-making and the overall gameplay experience. We’re making the following visual and mechanical adjustments:
1. Gas form changed from a cylindrical, expanding smoke cloud → a clearly outlined spherical smoke cloud.
2. Considering the strengthened blocking/obscuring effect, we’re making the following balance adjustments to its effective radius:
Toxic Grenade radius: 5 m → 3.5 m; in-match skill Lv.5 area increase effect: radius +40% to 7 m → radius +0.75 m to 4.25 m.
Venom Warlock (Passive) small gas cloud radius triggered with a chance after a kill: 3.5 m → 2.5 m; in-match skill Lv.5 area increase effect: radius +40% to 4.9 m → radius +0.75 m to 3.25 m.
3. Basic Damage: 10 points/0.5s → 15 points/0.5s. The 50% damage increase effect at in-match skill Lv. 3 remains unchanged.
The adjusted spherical smoke will bring the following improvements:
1. What you see is what you get—the sphere’s outline is exactly the actual effective damage range.
2. Performance-friendly—production set optimized, with noticeable frame rate improvements on some devices.
3. Clear tactics—inside and outside of the sphere are separated as distinct spaces, making the skill more about precisely blocking key routes/areas rather than creating large-scale, vague disruption.
In addition, for NOVA Striker Skins with skill recolors (Nightmare, Scarlet Queen, Thorn Rose), we have also made corresponding changes and added friend-or-foe identification. After the update goes live, we will continue to monitor the data following these skill changes and make further adjustments based on actual performance.
