The demo has been updated
The demo released on September 1 now includes everything we have built since. Steam updates it automatically, and your save data carries over.
Town
The tavern regulars, the receptionist, and the fortune teller now have portraits and dialogue.
When a companion joins, they introduce themselves with their own portrait.
The fortune teller offers Fate Cards. The card you draw affects your next run only.
Clear Jimut Grasslands and you can play it in double-speed mode.
New startup logo and new loading-screen illustrations.
Expedition
A guardian appears when you approach the altar. Defeat it, touch the altar, and choose one boon: more reroll/banish uses, forget one weapon or passive, or fully heal the party.
Walk up to a jar or crate and press the confirm button to smash it.
Repeated hits on the same enemy are shown as a single damage number that stays above the enemy.
When you open a chest, the weapon you found is shown large in the center of the screen.
Fixed the draw order, see-through fading, and collision of trees, rocks, and jars to match the artwork.
Redrew the rarity lettering in the appraisal sequence.
The Ancient Golem's hitbox now matches its artwork.
Controls
Everything can now be done on a gamepad, and on-screen prompts switch to pad buttons. Steam Deck screen size is supported.
We would love to hear your feedback on the Steam Community or X. Tuning continues toward the full release.
