Patch 1.0.10: Get that shadow and color on workshop ;)

Whoops tried to protect too much creation of artist =)

Fix:
- No longer upload shadow of selected cursor if activated in library
- Allows shadow customization on Workshop items
- Allows swap color customization on Workshop items
