Only 3 days left until the full version release! In our recent devlogs, we talked about the speed camera and the charger that keeps it ready for action. So the next natural question is - what about drivers who are speeding?
This is something we have been working on for quite some time, and we really can't wait for you to try it yourselves. You will also encounter criminals on the streets of Winston Springs who have no intention of respecting the speed limit.
Some of them will give up as soon as they see you and hear the sound of your sirens. But of course, not everyone will be so willing to cooperate. Some will try to escape, thinking they can easily lose the police car chasing them.
A chase, a spin-out of the fleeing vehicle, followed by a stop and a personal search - sometimes a routine traffic stop can turn into something much more exciting.
And who knows... maybe they're running because they have something else to hide? That's something you'll have to find out for yourselves. One thing is certain - Winston Springs can surprise you even during an ordinary patrol.
We've been working on this system for quite some time, and very soon you'll be able to experience car chases for yourselves in Police Chief Simulator.
