I know this may be a bit of a hassle, but if you experience a crash while playing, you can help us investigate by sending us the following files!
Please help us collect the crash files:
Press Win + R, paste the path below, and press Enter:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\\Lost_Liminal\\Saved\\Crashes
Sort the folders by Date modified and find the folder created by the latest crash. It usually starts with UECC-Windows-. Please compress the entire folder into a ZIP file, keeping all files inside, including .dmp, .runtime-xml, and any others.
Next, open %LOCALAPPDATA%\\Lost_Liminal\\Saved\\Logs. If there are any files there, please include them in the ZIP as well. Ideally, collect these files before launching the game again.
Please also tell us:
What you were doing before the crash

Which level you were playing
------------------------------------------
Whether the crash happens every time
------------------------------------------
Your GPU model
------------------------------------------
If an error message or popup appeared, please include a screenshot as well!
Of course, if this feels like too much trouble, feel free to ignore it and wait for future fixes. We kindly ask that you do not leave a negative review solely because of crash issues.
