Announcement: Disabling Steam Cloud Saves

Dear players,

We have decided to disable Steam Cloud saves for Notanote.

This is because the game now comes with a built-in Nano cloud save system: after signing in to your Nano account, your save data can be uploaded to the cloud and synced or restored across different devices. Steam Cloud saves are therefore no longer necessary, and disabling them also avoids the conflicts and overwrite risks of having two cloud save systems active at the same time.

Please rest assured:
1. Disabling Steam Cloud saves will not affect your local save files — your game progress will not be lost;
2. Data previously stored in the Steam Cloud will not be deleted;
3. Once signed in to your Nano account, you can upload or download your cloud save in-game at any time to sync across devices.

Future plans: Steam Cloud saves will return as an offline-only fallback — when you are offline and unable to use Nano cloud saves, you will be able to back up and restore your progress via Steam Cloud. This feature is currently in development, and we will make a separate announcement once it is ready.

Thank you for your understanding and support!
