Update 1.11 - Mac Fixes

This update addresses the crashes that happen on Mac when loading the final two cases. Apologies this took so long for the Mac users, this was probably the most difficult bug fixes that I had to do! If anyone has more issues with Mac builds, please let me know.

Bug Fixes
Fix Mac crashing on the last two cases
Prevent time traveling from allowing access to chapters that should be locked
Restoring queries from Query History now brings the Search Tables window to the top

Parser Improvements:
Better, more descriptive warnings
Block queries with non-aggregate columns in the HAVING statement
Don't show warning when grouping by column number (GROUP BY 1)
