Thank you for every review, bug report and message you've sent us since launch. Your feedback has already shaped our first patches, and it's shaping everything that comes next.
Here's a look at what we're working on and planning for Dragon Shelter. This isn't a schedule, and some things may change as we go, but it's the direction we're heading in.
Fishing is getting some well deserved love. We want it to feel like a relaxing, rewarding part of your day on the farm.
Your dragons will grow into even better companions, with more unique ways to use their elemental powers around the farm and through the changing seasons.
More ways to grow your toolkit, including tool progression and new tools to make farm work smoother, plus improvements to everyday tasks like keeping your watering can and kitchen water topped up.
New kitchen stations and recipes, smarter kitchen workflows that take some of the manual setup off your hands, and new ways to teach your dragons recipes. We're also exploring food that gives you different helpful effects.
A nicer end of day moment that shows how your day went and what's ahead, along with updated weather that gives each season more character and new ways to prepare for it.
We're reworking parts of the town to make it easier and more pleasant to get around, with important places closer to where you need them. And as you help the townsfolk and bring the community back to life, you'll see the town transform into a restored, brighter place.
New content for when you've wrapped up the main quest line, so there's always something waiting for you on the farm.
New museum collections, new achievements and more things to discover and collect.
Trading cards and Points Shop items, so you can bring a bit of Dragon Shelter to your Steam profile.
Ongoing quality of life improvements based on your feedback, from UI and UX polish to better readability and font sizes, plus lots of small changes that add up.
Continued visual polish and more settings so you can tune the game to your setup.
More localizations are on the way. We want each one to be spot on in quality and stability before it goes live.
We'd love for even more players to meet our dragons, and we're exploring bringing Dragon Shelter to more platforms in the future.
We'll share more about each of these as they get closer. Until then, keep the feedback coming on Steam and Discord, it really helps us decide what to focus on.
Thank you for being part of Dragon Shelter's journey, Dragon Keepers 💚
