Under Mythos brings together creators who have worked on a wide range of game titles.
■ Character Design: Atsuko Nishida
Graphic designer and illustrator.
Has worked on the design of various Pokémon. She also works across a wide range of fields, including games, card illustrations, and corporate characters.
“I interpreted Nyarlathotep from the Cthulhu Mythos in my own way, and this little character was born! Nyarlathotep may be a god of chaos, but I hope this character can become someone people love, just like a familiar cat by their side.”
■ Scenario: Takumi Miyajima
Scenario writer. Has written scenarios for numerous game titles, including Tales of the Abyss.
“Who are you? What do you like, and what do you consider happiness? The answers should be different for each of us, yet when we try to convey them to someone else, do they sometimes fail to come across completely and drift away from what we truly desire? I would be happy if we can bring you a sense of ‘comfort’ that exists side by side with those small distortions.”
■ Music: Noriyuki Iwadare
Composer.
Has composed music for numerous game titles, including the GRANDIA series, the LUNAR series, and the Ace Attorney series.
“When I saw the footage, I struggled with how to express the protagonist’s sudden descent into madness. I think the shift from a subtly Japanese-inspired musical style into fast-paced jazz creates a very effective contrast. I’m excited to see how the protagonist develops from here, and I have a feeling the music will continue to change along with that journey.”

Game producer.
Has produced RPG titles including the LUNAR series and the GRANDIA series.
“The peaceful everyday life of a hot spring inn designed to truly comfort the player stands in stark contrast to dungeons where a single mistake could cost you everything. I have spent many years creating RPGs, but this time we are taking on a truly unpredictable hybrid JRPG where the extremes of ‘comfort’ and ‘madness’ melt into one another. With an incredible team bringing this world to life, we hope players will look forward to an experience that may leave their sense of reality shaken.”
