Colonies of any size
- The game now handles colonies of a million bees and beyond. A 1,000,000-bee meadow that ran at 4 FPS now runs at 90+ FPS, and 50 million bees still play smoothly.
- Idle bees stay over the meadow instead of spreading across the whole screen.
- Every flower on big meadows is drawn now (previously only the first 512 were).
- Bee limit raised from 100,000 to 1,000,000,000 per type. Saves from 0.3.0 load as they are.
Bigger buys, bigger land
- New Royal Shop perk: Wholesale Contract. Each level adds a bulk-buy step beyond Bulk Order's x1000: x5000, x10K, x50K and x100K bees per click. Like every Royal Shop perk, it survives prestige.
- Grid Ring now goes to level 20 (was 10) and Royal Meadow to level 12 (was 8), for meadows up to 81x81.
- Because of that, the Land Baron achievement now unlocks at Grid Ring level 20. If you already earned it, you keep it.
Gardeners get to work
- New upgrade: Seed Scouts (bees branch, replaces Cleanup Crew). Idle gardeners look for empty tiles and fly there to plant - rot first, gaps second, pollen last. No more bare patches on a busy meadow.
- Composting now also does what Cleanup Crew did: gardeners hunt down rotten flowers as well as clearing the ones they cross. If you owned Cleanup Crew, you now own Seed Scouts.
Under the hood
- Bees moved to a new, much faster simulation. Honey income is unchanged: it is limited by the flowers' pollen, exactly as before, so a million-bee colony earns what it always would have.
