While Episodes 1 through 4 followed the harrowing stories of regular people trapped in the accursed megastore, the finale shifts the perspective.In Episodes 5 & 6, you will step into the shoes of a specialized corporate scientific team. Dispatched years after the initial incidents, your mission is to venture deeper into the surreal depths of the store than anyone has dared. Your goal: solve the mystery of the store’s anomalies and bring back whatever you found to your employer.But be warned: the Megastore has evolved. We’ve taken the puzzles up a notch for this final chapter, teamwork and wits will be more vital than ever if you hope to make it back to the surface.Last but not least, Episode 6 is so massive that we’ve expanded it into a two-part grand finale, serving as the ultimate conclusion to the Storebound saga!
Before the full corporate team arrives on July 16, we’re sending in our most experienced survivors for reconnaissance. Playtesting for Episodes 5 and 6 will open to all Early Access players in June. We’ll get back to you soon with the dates, so stay tuned.
Following our recent Quality of Life patch which added community-requested features like the FOV slider and the graphics filter toggle, we are confident that the game is in the right state for its 1.0 graduation.We’ve spent our time in Early Access listening to your feedback, clearing bugs, and refining the Store’s challenges to ensure that the six-episode saga provides a polished and engaging experience from start to finish.
