Greetings, Hermes Expedition Members! 🛰️

In this update, we have implemented system improvements, balance adjustments, and UI fixes

to ensure you can enjoy a smoother and more immersive gameplay experience.

Please check below for more details.

🛠️ Update Details (v.26052901)

1. System & UX Improvements

  • Improved an issue where the escape mission would immediately start after a session transition with a very low probability under specific circumstances.

  • Improved an issue where MiRO's stun animation would continuously loop if MiRO fell into a stunned state while displaying an expression animation.

  • Fixed an issue where the next input was ignored once upon failing a puzzle gimmick in single-player mode.

2. Balance Adjustments1) Single-Player Convenience

  • Adjusted the locations and content of certain single-player missions to reduce gameplay burden.

  • Changed the layout of some areas in Session 2 for single-player mode to reduce gameplay burden.

2) Stage & System Gameplay

  • Improved an issue where the initial power state in Stage 1 Session 2 fluctuated excessively during each playthrough.

  • Improved the system so that the control gear's maximum energy amount resets during a session transition.

  • Eased the penalty risk by reducing the maximum control gear energy by 1 bar per 2 deaths. (Previously per 1 death)

  • Adjusted the difficulty of escaping from the Stage 1 robot.

  • Increased the team respawn count to 10.

3. UI Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where the voice chat input key guide was not displayed on the lobby screen.

  • Improved the power control puzzle door so that a strikethrough is displayed over completed zones when aiming the control gear at them.

  • Improved the scanner so that hint information regarding the scanner icon is displayed on the left side of the screen when used.

  • Improved the multiplayer co-op puzzles so that manuals for puzzles that do not appear are no longer displayed.

4. Multiplayer Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where further gameplay was impossible if a player other than the host quit the game after reaching the Stage 1 Session 3 server room.

  • Fixed an issue where the corresponding respawn device became unusable after a player respawned from spectator mode back into a player status.
