Hello everyone,
As we get closer to the full release of Quadium 4004 Workbench, I want to share an important milestone.
On October 6, a playable demo will go live on Steam — for a limited time only.
This is a real, working build of the laboratory: you can write code, run it on the simulated MCS-4 system, explore the environment, and get a hands-on feel for how Quadium works.
It is not a trailer or a slideshow. It is the same core experience, prepared as a focused preview before the November release.

The virtual lab bench — displays, printer, VDP, switches, and more.

QuadBasic + Learning Hub Labs — write, transpile, and try guided experiments.

Full workbench: CPU watch, assembler/disassembler, monitor, and Learning Hub (dark theme).

Same laboratory, different look — UI themes/colors are available in the demo.

Step through execution and scrub recent history while you learn how the machine moves.

Learning tools such as Bit Notebook and Jump Track — see ideas become 4004 code.
To keep this preview focused and available for a limited time, some features are restricted:
Everything included is fully functional within those bounds — enough to try the workflow and understand the tool.

Demo welcome screen — quick start options and a summary of the demo limits.
If you haven't already, please make sure to wishlist Quadium so Steam can notify you when the demo goes live.

Thank you for the support — and for joining this journey into early computing history.
Best regards,
