The latest demo update, Ver. 0.92, for Witch & Dragon: Hope of Elements is now live!
This update brings a number of adjustments and improvements to the existing gameplay, along with several new features, including keyboard movement, enemy movement path prediction, and the Title System. We hope you'll enjoy trying them out!
[New Features]
1. Keyboard Movement Re-enabled
WASD movement is now available again.
2. Enemy Movement Path Prediction
You can now preview an enemy's movement path by hovering over them.
3. New Title System
You can now visit [Witch's Room] → [Pipi's Nest] to view the titles you've earned, check their unlock requirements, and equip them.
4. New Combat Camera Shake Effect
A new combat camera shake effect has been added. You can freely enable or disable it via [ESC] → [Settings]. We've also optimized the effect to reduce potential dizziness when large numbers of damage numbers appear in rapid succession.
[Improvements]
1. Improved the menu in the Training Grounds.
2. Simplified the story and combat flow in the Dream sequence.
3. Improved attack controls. You can now cancel an attack by pressing the right mouse button.
4. Improved the potion usage flow. After selecting a potion, you'll now need to confirm its use to prevent accidental activation.
5. Improved the conditions for triggering the Retreat Potion when first entering the Wood Domain. The Retreat Potion will now trigger when your remaining HP is 15 or lower. Alternatively, the Retreat Potion event will trigger automatically in the second-to-last room.
