What to expect in the upcoming update. July 2026

Hello, survivors! The awakening of the “Eclipse” has the Valley fired up. But the world of Crossout never stands still, and now it’s time to once again talk about the future July update.

There are new brawls coming along with the familiar ones, including the “Gaze into the abyss” and “Knight tournament”, as well as a new heavy generator of a relic rarity and many other things. Let’s dive in!

We remind you that all the new features described in the “Developer blog” are not final and may be changed before they are introduced into the game or may not make it into the game at all. This also applies to all visual materials.

Brawls in the update

Many great game modes will return in the upcoming update. And many of them have undergone several improvements.

But there will be some new brawls among the familiar ones. One of them is the “Walking devastation”, in which you will join the battle on a powerful battle walker to reduce your opponents to dust! The walkers in the new brawl are much more ferocious than usual, making each battle more intense, more spicy, and more vertical.

The World Cup is in full swing. We didn’t add that Norwegian player to the game, but the “Steel championship” arena will once again open its doors for intense competitive matches.

The millipedes in the “Gaze into the abyss” brawl grew more cunning and have learned to control the battlefield more effectively, which will result in more problems for inattentive survivors. In turn, the players have also received new advantages: we’ve upgraded all the brawl blueprints to make gameplay in this mode even more intense.

Have you ever wondered what would happen if all players in a battle were to equip only the “Avalanche” weapon? We invite you to test this out in the new “Rumbling” brawl. And don’t forget to flank them! Flank them!

“Sea battle” and “Knight tournament” will also return among the other familiar game modes.

Relic heavy generator “Thanatos”

You asked for it and we delivered. The second relic generator and relic module in the Wasteland overall. It provides a whopping 11 energy, and while it explodes with quite a bang when destroyed, the risk is definitely worth it.

And something else

In addition, the update will include a number of other improvements to the game, as well as fixes for known bugs and the release of previously announced balance changes. And also… during the next update, the second iteration of the new alternative competitive ranked mode “Gauntlet of the survivors” will take place. On top of that, the “Blueprints” tab will receive some awesome upgrades and improvements!

Fans of the fusion builds, rejoice! In the next update, we’re adding the “Contact 2M” and “Rift 2M” parts to the workbench. If you’ve been running low on them, stock up to your heart’s content and be sure to let your friends know.

***

That’s all for today. See you in future developer blog entries. Good luck in battles!

P.S. And don't forget that an unidentified traveler in an equally unidentified armoured car has once again been spotted in the Valley. What new things will he bring?
