Hot Fix - Stage 3-1, Enemy Parry

The following changes have been made:

1. Reduced the difficulty of Stage 3-1.

2. Enemies will no longer initiate new parry attacks while the player's head is thrown. (Parry attacks that were already in progress will continue as normal.)
