0.9.21: Thornline TD is now in Spanish

Thornline TD is now playable in Spanish - one Spanish, written for players in Spain and Latin America alike. Pick Español in Settings, under Display. If Steam is set to either Spanish, the game starts in it on its own.

The Spanish was translated with AI tools. If a line reads wrong, tell me in the Discord or on the forums and I'll fix it.

Also in this update

• The language setting is one dropdown now instead of a row of buttons. It opens a list of every language, each written in its own language, and closes with Escape or a click anywhere else.
• Chat now hides Spanish swear words too, and no longer hides the Spanish word for a delay that an English filter word was catching.
• In German, a list of names has its space back after each comma.

Multiplayer needs everyone on 0.9.21.
