VisApex 1.1.0 — Dead Zones, PS3 Eye Support, New Shortcut Controls & More
VisApex 1.1.0 is now available!
This update adds new tracking controls, PS3 Eye support, and several usability and compatibility improvements.
WHAT'S NEW
- Center Dead Zones — New per-axis dead zone controls for rotation and translation, with smooth full-range output beyond the dead zone.
- PS3 Eye Support — Added support for the PlayStation 3 Eye camera using the VisApex-maintained DirectShow driver, including 320×240 at up to 120 fps. See the PS3 Eye Driver Head Tracking Setup guide for installation instructions.
- Improved Shortcut Controls — New shortcut capture with support for keyboard modifiers, Numpad keys, controller buttons, and POV directions.
- Resume & Tracking Improvements — Added Resume controls and improved Center, Pause, Zero, and Resume behavior.
- Additional Improvements — Improved controller selection, camera and tracking status feedback, profile compatibility, translations, and other fixes.
