Update 1.0.120

Farm to Table · published 23 Jun 2026, 15:03 UTC · build 23876237

All newsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam

Hey Backyard Chefs! 🍅🧑🏻‍🍳Update 1.0.120 is live now! This update focuses on making Move Mode clearer and more reliable, especially when repositioning walls, floors, cook stations, and kitchen appliances. It also improves how moved objects are shown during placement, so it is easier to understand what is being moved and where it will be placed.

Features

  • Improved Move Mode clarity by visually hiding the object at its original position while it is being moved, making the active placement preview easier to read.

Fixes

  • Fixed several Move Mode issues that could cause moved objects to be selected, placed, or restored incorrectly.

  • Fixed wall placement issues where walls could keep incorrect neighbor or edge relationships after moving, placing, destroying, or loading buildings.

  • Fixed an issue where moving floors could leave attached walls in an incorrect state.

  • Fixed an issue where cook stations and kitchen appliances could incorrectly block their own placement or movement in Move Mode.

  • Fixed move/repositioning issues affecting kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, stoves, and cook stations.
