A new version is available in the in the BETA branch.
The issue with Canvas tiles not honoring the content type you select has been resolved.
There are several performance improvements and random fixes behind the scenes.
New Option - Steam Overlay enablement. Some of the changes were fixes to allow Steam overlay to work. Steam overlay is disabled by default. Due to the nature of the app, you will likely have content flickering when you use the Steam Overlay. However, it is now an option for users in the beta.
Canvas Mode will stay in beta for a few more weeks to work through any future issues that I run into...
