[NOTICE] 09/09/2026 Server Maintenance Notice
Dear Hero Community,
Please see below for the maintenance schedule and upcoming updates. This maintenance includes comprehensive server stabilization work and will require a longer maintenance window. We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime.
🔧 Scheduled Server Maintenance
Start: September 09, 17:00 (PDT)
Estimated End: September 10, 00:00 (PDT)
Duration: Approximately 6–7 hours
🎁 Post-Maintenance Compensation
EXP Bonus +100%: From the end of maintenance until September 12, 23:59 (PDT)
1. 11th Anniversary Event
The 11th Anniversary Event is currently in progress, with no additional changes to the event content. Due to the Aid System revamp and server stabilization work, the event period will run until September 20, 2026.
Event Period: August 27 – September 20, 2026 (Sun)
2. Anniversary Cake Fix
An issue with the Relaxation Points provided by the 11th Anniversary Cake furniture item will be corrected during this maintenance.
3. Upcoming Maintenance Schedule
The regular maintenance previously scheduled for September 23 has been moved to September 20. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
September 20 Maintenance: Aid System revamp and Autumn Event launch.
October 7 Maintenance: Summer Event items will be deleted. (The deletion date has been postponed by two weeks from September 23).
4. Next Update Preview
4-1. Aid Time with Gold
Starting September 21, a system allowing you to purchase a portion of your Aid time with Gold will be tested for two weeks. Visit Aid Manager Sim in Dragon Castle to use this system. Aid items will continue to be sold in the Hero Tavern, and both methods can be used together.
⚠️ Purchase Conditions:
Aid time cannot be purchased with Gold if you already have 24 hours (1 day) or more of Aid time remaining.
To charge more than 24 hours, please purchase Aid items from the Hero Tavern.
Gold purchase prices vary by character level.
A detailed notice will be published at a later date.
4-2. Autumn Event Preview
The Autumn Event is scheduled to launch alongside the September 20 maintenance.
