Hello!

It took a bit longer than I had originally planned, but I'm excited to announce that localizations are now available in There's Nothing Down There! In addition to the previously mentioned languages (Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese, and Japanese), thanks to some generous contributions from the community, the game now also supports German and Italian. The game should automatically set its language based on your Steam language. More languages will be added periodically as they're ready.

This update also includes a few other improvements. The full patch notes are as follows:

  • Added UI/Subtitle support for the following languages:

    • Español

    • Français

    • Deutsch

    • Italiano

    • Русский

    • 日本語

    • 简体中文

    • 繁體中文

  • Fixed a lighting issue in the Golem arena that could cause objects to be illuminated when the room is supposed to be dark

  • Adjusted the waypoint path for Stewart's submarine to avoid getting temporarily stuck on certain cave corners

  • Added the ability to go backwards in menus by pressed the 'Backspace' key. (Circle button on Playstation controllers/B button on Xbox controllers)

Once again, thank you so much to everyone for the support, the reviews, and the videos! If you notice any additional bugs or issues, please let me know in the discussion boards.Next step, VR support! (and prototyping the sequel)

-Tim
