We’ve just released a new Stock Car Tycoon update focused on making race weekends faster to manage, easier to understand, and more strategic.
Don’t have time to watch every lap?
You can now use Skip to Results during a race to fast-forward the simulation straight to the final standings.
The important part: the race outcome does not change. The same simulation still runs behind the scenes, so results, incidents, DNFs, injuries, wear, championship points, sponsor objectives and other race effects are resolved exactly as normal.
If your driver DNFs before the race is over, the button changes into a prominent FINISH RACE prompt, so you can immediately move on instead of waiting for the remaining cars to finish.
Your preferred race speed is now remembered automatically.
Choose:
1x / 2x / 4x / 8x
…and future races will start at your selected speed, even after restarting the game.
No more setting the race back to 8x every weekend.
The pre-race screen now shows Track Stat Priorities, giving you a clearer idea of which characteristics matter most for the upcoming circuit.
Stats are displayed as:
HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW
This takes the track profile and relevant race conditions into account, helping you better understand whether you should prioritize areas such as speed, handling, reliability, driver attributes, setup, or tire choices.
The goal is to make race preparation feel less like guesswork and give you more useful information before committing to a strategy.
We’ve also improved the financial information shown before entering a race.
You can now see:
Race Entry Fee
Weekly Payroll for your driver and mechanics
Estimated Cash After Race Weekend
Clearer warnings when your finances are getting dangerously low
A new warning banner appears when entering the next event could put your team under financial pressure:
🟠 Amber — your funds are getting low
🔴 Red — your team is approaching a critical financial situation
The old Cash After Entry figure has also been replaced with a more useful estimate that includes both the race entry fee and full weekly payroll costs.
This update is part of our ongoing work on improving the early-game experience, race readability and overall management flow.
We’re continuing to review player feedback and polish areas where the game can better explain what is happening and why.
Thanks to everyone who has been sharing feedback — it genuinely helps us improve Stock Car Tycoon.
See you at the track! 🏁
