Hello, Keepers!

We heard your feedback. Some of us even read it twice.

This update brings multiplayer to Castle Crew, along with a new batch of fixes and improvements. Here is what changed.

1. Multiplayer is here

You can now invite a friend and bring order to the castle together.

One of you sorts the books, the other looks for scrolls, and five minutes later nobody remembers who walked away with the last potion.

True teamwork.

2. Fixed movement keys getting stuck

Previously, opening the pause menu could sometimes leave your character walking somewhere on their own.

They now stay exactly where you left them.

Even if they were clearly trying to leave their shift early.

3. Fixed the graphics settings confirmation window

The confirmation window after changing graphics settings now works correctly.

You can safely experiment with the visuals without worrying that the castle has developed its own artistic vision.

4. Improved character selection animations

Our castle employees now look a little more alive during character selection.

They still have no idea how much work is waiting for them.

5. Improved interaction with potion slots

Placing potions into their proper slots should now feel smoother and more reliable.

We are starting to suspect that awkward slots were the real reason so many potions ended up on the floor.

6. Improved the autosave icon

The game now communicates more clearly when your progress is being saved.

Everything you have done to the castle will be remembered.

For better or worse.

7. Added a tutorial for the rune mechanic

The game now does a better job of explaining how to find the correct sequence in the book and arrange the runes.

Randomly clicking things has officially been classified as an unreliable research method.

8. Fixed rune textures

Some runes were not looking quite the way they were supposed to.

We could have blamed ancient magic.

We fixed them instead.

And this is only the beginning

We are especially interested in hearing what you think about multiplayer.

Let us know how playing together feels, whether everything is clear during a multiplayer session, and what features you would like to see next.

Update the game, invite a friend, and head back to the castle. It is not going to clean itself. We checked.

Thank you for your support, Keepers!
