0.12.1.3 - Bombastic-Aardvark is Live!

Here's what we're resolving in this hotfix.

Resolved an issue where users would take excessive fall damage when jumping over any height when mounted.
Fixed an issue where users would be unable to respawn on agility courses, requiring a game restart.
