We are writing to let you know that we have made some revisions to the "Desktop Mate" Terms of Service, which will take effect on July 30, 2026. Ahead of the effective date, we would like to share the main changes with you in advance, so please take a moment to review them.
Clarified the relationship with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you are also deemed to have agreed to our Privacy Policy.
Regarding DLC (content such as characters), we have added that where the rights holder of a given character sets forth its own terms of use or guidelines, you are asked to review and comply with them when using such content.
Regarding the external services (Unity Analytics, Unity Diagnostics) we use to improve the quality and stability of the app, we have clearly stated the information transmitted and the purposes of use under the section "Transmission of User Information to External Parties."
We have specified that the authoritative text of the Terms is the Japanese version, and that in the event of any discrepancy with a translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
