Fixes
- Fix a crash when voting in a board or general meeting that was resumed from a save made during that meeting; affected saves are repaired on load
- Conference calls resumed from a save now show their participants again instead of an empty call
- Fix quicksaving during a conference call cancelling the current speaker and the dialogue choices, leaving the call stuck
