Fixes
- Fix cases where tooltips would not hide correctly, especially substance hover in emotion screen and influence hover in executive screen
- Fix a crash when playing sounds after the Anima propaganda scenes; affected saves are repaired on load
- Fix a crash when the map was clicked or dragged at the moment the map screen rebuilt itself, e.g. on mission completion
- Fix some button text sizes which were accidentaly made smaller with 1.8.3
UI improvements
- The executive shortcut element at the bottom of the map screen now has same height as the other elements
