Get Deported – CODENAME MEDUSA receives a full revamp to all AI and inventory systems. Update 1.6 introduces major improvements, new content, and extensive bug fixes.
🌍 Intro Overhaul
Continued visual enhancements to the intro.
Improved lighting, pacing, and story presentation.
👕 Boss Battles
Expanded boss damage systems — experiment with fun new ways to defeat bosses.
🏝 Main Island Hub Improvements
Significant visual upgrades and added environmental detail throughout the Main Hub.
You can now generate XP by recycling beach debris using your Bulldoze Tool.
Gear Store now correctly displays accurate prices for all items.
🎮 City Builder Improvements
Overeating now causes your character to puke.
Government of New Atlantis turrets now patrol Fortress Garcia Mine and attack hostile enemies.
Use telekinetic abilities to lift and reposition turrets.
⚠ Warning: Turrets will target you if you are registered as a paranormal threat (e.g., vampire or werewolf).
📚 Scan! Scan! Scan!
Binocular scanning system fully expanded.
Earn upgraded enhancement points by scanning items.
Scanner now differentiates between living and inanimate objects.
Living status of animate creatures are now displayed.
🛂 Inventory Management
Switch freely between your gathering tool and firearm at any time.
Keep a firearm equipped while using tools in case of disasters.
Scavenge bullets from fallen weapons and reload your current firearm to stay in the fight.
♿ Movement Improvements
Significant PC performance optimization across all levels.
Hold Middle Mouse Button to perform a forward strike while swinging a tool.
Hold Middle Mouse Button to enter bullet time P.O.V. while firing a gun.
🛠 General Fixes
General bug fixes across multiple levels.
