Notice on Adjustments to the CADRE Client

To all provinces, municipalities and user units:
Following study, the following adjustments are hereby notified.
A system of honours has been established. Henceforth, the principal outcomes of each Chairman's term will be reported to the Steam platform for registration. The items will not be published in advance; you will be informed upon attainment. Outcomes recorded before this notice will be entered retroactively at next launch. No application is required.
One of these records does not appear on any list. Comrades who attain it are, as is customary, not to discuss it.
A screen stating the producer and disclaimer has been added at launch. Pressing any key will be taken as confirmation that it has been read.
A night-duty reminder has been introduced. At a sufficiently late hour, the system will indicate where Night duty mode is kept. The system determines what counts as late.
The right-hand column of the Quarterly report has been withdrawn; the report is now printed full width. It is a read-only document and is to be read. Clicking a province name leads to the Map.
Several display irregularities have been corrected: overlapping price labels on the market chart; English headings compressed to one word per line; the English guidance notes are now set in a more legible typeface. The previous display is to be regarded as not having occurred.
These adjustments do not affect saved games. Existing progress remains valid.
