Update v1.3.1: Control fixes and SE volume setting Subtitle: Based on community

Fixes

Pressing Up and Down together on the keyboard no longer fires shots straight up while crouching or alternates between dropping and jumping
The "drop through floors" instruction now matches the actual control: just press Down while standing on a thin floor (no jump button needed)
The control settings now say "Jump" and "Attack" instead of "Action 1" and "Action 2"
How to Play now refers to the jump button and the attack button instead of key names (hold the attack button to charge)
Additions

New "SE Volume" setting (25% / 50% / 100%). It does not affect the BGM volume
While "Game Speed" is selected in Settings, the difference between Dash and Original is shown at the bottom of the panel
The high score not being saved in 1.2.1 (build 20) was already fixed in 1.3.0.
