Balance Adjustments & Bug Fixes Update [Ver 1.02.03]

Hello, everyone.
This is the development team of <TBH : Task Bar Hero>.

A balance adjustment and bug fix update has been released.

■ Plaguelands Balance Adjustments

- Added a Rune Node that increases the drop chance of Normal Chests in the Plaguelands.
- Added a Rune Node that increases the drop chance of Stage Boss Chests in the Plaguelands.
- Reduced the minimum acquisition cooldown of Normal Chests on Nightmare difficulty from 5 minutes to 4 minutes.
- Reduced the minimum acquisition cooldown of Stage Boss Chests on Nightmare difficulty from 8 minutes to 6 minutes.
- Reduced the minimum acquisition cooldown of Stage Boss Chests on Hell / Torment difficulty from 8 minutes to 7 minutes.

■ Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where chests would not open in some user environments.
- Fixed an issue where the elemental resistance penalty would intermittently reset while playing the Plaguelands.
- Fixed an issue where the game would freeze on the loading screen and fail to launch in some user environments.

※ The issue where the chest acquisition timer resets when changing difficulty in the Plaguelands will also be fixed in an upcoming update as soon as possible.
