It’s been a little while since Steam Next Fest, and a lot has happened with Enginefall since then.
Next Fest gave us a huge amount to learn from. We watched how people played, dug through your feedback, looked closely at what was working and what wasn’t, and used all of that to help shape where Enginefall goes next.
Since then, the team has been taking those lessons forward, exploring new ideas, and making some significant changes behind the scenes.
Now, we’re ready to start putting some of that work back into players’ hands.
Closed Community Playtest
From September 24 through September 28, we’ll be hosting our first closed community playtest since Steam Next Fest.
This is an exclusive test for players who already have access to Enginefall. No new access will be granted as part of this playtest.
If Enginefall is already in your Steam library through one of our previous playtests, you’ll be able to jump back in when the servers open.
This test gives us a chance to reconnect with players who have already spent time with Enginefall, get feedback on the changes we’ve been making, and continue shaping the game alongside the community.
We’ll be sharing more information about what has changed, including release notes and details surrounding the playtest, as we get closer to the playtest.
Don’t Have Access Yet?
This particular playtest is limited to existing players, but there will be more opportunities to play Enginefall in the future.
If you’re new here, wishlist Enginefall on Steam and join our Discord community to keep up with future playtests, development updates, and announcements.
For everyone returning, we’re excited to get Enginefall back into your hands and hear what you think.
See you back on the train!
