Off the Heezay has been tuned to be possible at a more generous distance and angle
Off the Heezay stun time has been extended to make it a more powerful counter to blocks
Steal reach range, speed and angle have been reduced slightly to make steals more difficult
Turned rim friction and bounce speed to reduce high bounces
