New Passive Skill:
Added a new Legendary Passive Skill: "Blood Pact."
Increased Mythic Passive Drop Rates:
Increased the maximum drop rate of Mythic Passive Skills in the "Trial of the Oracle" from 5% up to 9%.
[Equipment Awakening Expansion]
Expanded Mythic Awakening Stages:
Mythic equipment with an unlock requirement of Lv.23 or lower can now be awakened up to +2; equipment requiring below Lv.10 can be awakened up to +3.
At stage +2, base stat gains are halved, but a random affix is added. At stage +3, standard base stat gains apply with no additional affix.
New Awakenable Equipment:
Added new awakenable equipment: "Fists of Samsaric Asura," "Bead of the Unstruck Moment," "True Starspire Staff 'Caelum Magnus'," "Battle Garb of Hollow Rebirth," "Anti-Dream Charm 'Anamnesis'," and "Vajrayaksa: Unbreakable."
Reduced Awakening Unlock Requirements:
Lowered the awakening unlock condition from Lv.25 to Lv.23 for "Polaris," "Aporia," "Tricksy Veritas," and "Bellum."
Grimoire of Universal Truth: Astrolabe: Reduced Magic Damage bonus from +70% to +60%, and OD gain on buff from 10 to 6.
Astraea's Universal Band: Reduced Magic Damage bonus from +30% to +15%.
