Daytime look

- The sun is warmer for a more tropical feel.
- Aircraft paint now reflects the real sky and apron around it, at any time of day.
- White airliners are toned down slightly so fuselages keep their shape in bright sunlight.
- Sunlight glows through palm fronds and leaves.
- Far-off palms and brush now cast soft shadows.
- Terrain lighting is more consistent through the day, and the bay cliffs stay properly shadowed.

Terminal and ramp

- The apron concrete is darker so aircraft stand out, with soft tire paths worn along each stand's taxi routes.
- Apron barrier walls are now real concrete, with seams between individual barriers.
- At night, ramp floodlights cast shadows from aircraft and passengers.
- Runway markings stay white under the night sky.

Interface

- The score display has a cleaner look.
- The oldest radio log line now fades out under the transmit queue header instead of being cut off.
