Backstory
Saphira is capable of opening and closing portals at her whim. However, according to her words, she has absolutely nothing to do with the unpredictable rifts that have spiraled out of control, predominantly in Tusk Mountain. Where her power stems from remains a mystery surrounded by wild rumors: some speculate that during her interdimensional travels, she charmed a lover with godlike powers who gifted her the ability. Others claim she is actually a crafty djinn who tricked her master to snatch not only her freedom but this immense power as well.
With her provocative demeanor, she exudes an almost hypnotic allure that no one can resist. Although she was the main attraction in Buster's circus for a while, she quickly left that chapter behind, chasing big gold and far more glamor than the Busted Lands could ever offer her. Supposedly, she can be summoned for a private show by shaking a full sack of gold three times and reciting a secret incantation. Yet even then, she always reserves the right to simply ignore the invitation—because in the end, Saphira alone decides whom she graces with her performance.
