Hello everyone, this is PD Max.
Today, I want to talk about a new approach to how we communicate with you.
We have been continuously monitoring the countless bug reports and suggestions you've left on our Discord and Forum, using them as the foundation for our ongoing development and improvements.
However, I realize we haven't done a good enough job explaining where your feedback stands in our pipeline or how it's being handled.
This lack of transparency likely left you frustrated, making it hard to tell if the reports you took the time to write were even being read.
Instead of just reviewing your reports internally, our development team is now directly stepping into the Discord Bug Report and Forum channels to read and reply to your feedback.
In fact, we have already started doing this. Our devs are personally reviewing threads and providing answers regarding the causes of issues, our development progress, and whether certain changes are feasible within our current scope.
While it is difficult to reply instantly to every single report, we will prioritize major issues affecting the wider player base and core systemic improvements.
We are committed to making sure your feedback doesn’t just end as a mere suggestion, but actually translates into real game updates.
If you encounter bugs or have ideas for system improvements, please continue to actively use the Discord Bug Report and Forum channels.
When reporting a bug, providing specific conditions, reproduction steps, screenshots, or videos helps our team track down the root cause much faster.
Every piece of feedback you send is the core engine driving GunZ forward.
We will continue to share what we are reviewing and how we are improving the game, maintaining a responsible and open line of communication.
Thank you.
※ P.S. We are currently preparing a Discord Town Hall. We will share the full details in the near future.
