Dear Chefs!

You asked, we delivered. There's a bunch of new changes for your convenience:

Dumpling Mastery.

Every dumpling you fold by hand counts toward mastering its base. The higher your mastery, the better your auto-cooking comes out and the bigger the tips. One thing we would rather say than have you find out: this does not change how stars are awarded while you cook. Steps are graded exactly as before. Mastery is about what happens when you let the kitchen handle it.

Dumplings have names.

"Pierogi (Beef)" instead of "Variant A". Variant A is gone and will not be missed.

Foa's Save Fund.

Out of money, out of ingredients, out of crops, all at once? Foa sends a care package by email. Email attachments also work properly now, which they should have done from the start.

Rev has a spare canister.

Roll home on an empty tank and he turns up with fuel. No more being stranded by your own optimism.

Opening Hours got its act together

Stop Serving now sits right there in the customer view. Fainting mid-service resets the day properly. Gamepad players get free navigation across the dumpling grid and serving tab: RB sends to cooking, A or X plates a dumpling, hold to remove the last one or cancel the whole order at the toppings step.

Controls and accessibility

Minigame prompts show both options at once, [E] / [LMB], with MASH and DRAG labels, so you are never guessing which hand the game wants. Double mash and double hold now work on the mouse, with LMB as left and RMB as right. Hold-to-mash follows your Repeatable Inputs setting, so if mashing is a problem for you, hold instead. And the control scheme stops flipping to gamepad every time your mouse twitches.

Everything got bigger

Tiles and icons in shops, cookbook, pantry, fridge, greenhouse and achievements. The HUD, the phone back button, the map arrows. Shop grids fit the window, empty categories hide themselves, one-time items skip the quantity stepper, and the phone works inside shops. Picking a recipe opens an amount editor with an energy cap instead of throwing your entire stock into the pot. And the quest log finally admits when you have done everything, rather than sitting there blank and mysterious.

Fatigue you can feel

Music, rumble and the energy bar now run on the same tiers. The bar reddens and pulses harder as you wear out. There is a one-time heads-up the first time it happens, and the film grain is lighter so you can still find your bed.

Foxtagram

Sharper photos, JPEG 95 and antialiasing, no more flickering tiles on the wall. Posts stop falling apart after you load a save. Fresh icons in the editor.

Kitchen and wallet

The fridge keeps dumplings fresh one day longer at every tier. New ingredient prep animations. The shop restocks faster. Prices, costs and what a dumpling is actually worth have all been rebalanced.

Languages

Four localization passes across 14 languages, cleaned-up tables, and better Japanese, Korean and Chinese fonts. Everyone already holding a key has a big surprise coming this September. Wishlist the game and follow us here and on social to get a shot at one!

Every item above started as somebody telling us it was broken or missing. Keep doing that.
