[Notice] ⚔️Clan Battle Tournament⚔️ - Additional Guidelines & Application Edits

Hello everyone, this is GunZ Team.

First of all, thank you so much for the tremendous interest in the Clan Tournament event.
We are excited to see that a total of 18 teams have applied so far.

However, after reviewing the current application list, we noticed a few issues and need to provide some additional guidelines.

Please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. Triumph Registration: All team members, including the Clan Master, should register on Triumph. (Please note that while registration is not mandatory, we may not be able to provide support for issues involving unregistered members)

2. Clan Verification: Any clan that does not exist in-game at the time of this notice will be excluded from the participant list.

3. Player Verification: If a team includes a player that does not exist, the entire team will not be automatically disqualified. However, if this causes the team to fall below the minimum required number of players, the team may be disqualified from participating. Additionally, characters that do not exist will be excluded from the roster.

4. Clan Affiliation: All players listed on the entry must officially be in the in-game clan before their first match begins. If a team member is not in the clan by that time, they may be disqualified. Please note that if this causes the team to fall below the minimum required number of players, the entire team may be disqualified.

5. Roster Restriction: Only the players officially registered on the team's entry list are allowed to participate in matches. The participation of any other players or substitutes is strictly prohibited.

6. Schedule Update: Due to the number of participating teams (16 or fewer), the Round of 32 matches for this week are canceled. To allow you to make corrections based on these guidelines, we have modified the entry schedule on Triumph. You can modify your application until September 15, 00:00 UTC. If your team has already applied, please double-check your application and make the necessary edits to ensure your team meets all the requirements.
